School Description

The "C" Horse Forge School of Horseshoeing is one of the only schools of its kind in the state of Texas. "C" Horse offers four-week and eight-week intensive training programs in the art of horseshoeing. Both programs feature one-on-one instruction and students work on live horses every day.

Curriculum includes forging (including metallurgy and heat testing), business skills, and safety in animal handling. The teachers and staff at the school truly want to see their students succeed; if a student feels like they need more practice after the eight-week course, he or she may stay as long as they would like at no additional charge.
